Duke Credit Union uses a company named Certegy to process our credit cards. Certegy had an employee who sold data for marketing purposes. Unfortunately, this was not authorized by Certegy.

As a result, Certegy is mailing a letter to people affected. Certegy claims they have seen no evidence of identity theft or fraudulent financial activity involving these accounts.
